| Amatuximab

Amatuximab is a chimeric humanized IgG1/k monoclonal antibody against cell-surface mesothelin (MSLN), a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored membrane glycoprotein found in a limited number of normal adult tissues such as mesothelium.
